Any request for the return of a product must be declared by email to info@lyrella.com, within 14 days of receipt of your package. Please also specify the method of reimbursement chosen (Exchange or Credit note valid on the site). Once this request has been accepted, the item must be returned in its original packaging along with proof of purchase.
The product must not have been worn, modified, washed, or damaged. Any non-compliant returns will be rejected, and the parts will be sent back to you.
